Linda Perhacs, "Parallelograms", Kapp LP #3636 from 1970. 
Legendary lost, great, female folk-psych LP. Here is an original copy on the multi-colored label, and still in the original Kapp company inner sleeve. A beautiful copy that looks and plays amazing...
Trail off information: Side 1 says KS3636A, side 2 says KS3636B. There is no other matrix information that I can see.
Cover is a nice VG++ to excellent, has a rubber promo stamp on back cover, there is some slight corner bumping and just a little fraying to the spine. Disc is excellent, almost a near mint. Again, it looks amazing and you will not be disappointed!
