JODY ST. Jody St. Extremely rare 1981 UK privately pressed white label 8-track vinyl LP, considered something of a monster 'New Wave Of British Heavy Metal' collectable. Notable for playing a funk-rock infused brand of Metal the quartet featureddrummer Brett Morgan who has worked with Sting and Freddie Mercury, guitarist John Mizarolli who played with Ginger Baker and Atomic Rooster and singer Noel McCalla a one time Manfred Mann collaborator. A superb example of a scarce obscure Heavy Metal gem!Record is in fantastic condition very close to Mint condition.The sleeve is in nr mint condition only a bit of wear from storage.The Sleeve and Label are both hand stamped

Here is what the NWOBHM ENCYLOPEDIA say about this: "There monumentally scarce album rapidly passed into the realms of NWOBHM folklore", "in spite of the fact that nobody seemed to be entirely sure just how good the album really was NWOBHM fans, where by the end of the 90's foaming at the mouth at the prospect of any copies coming up for sale, and the theoretical value swiftly rocketed to astronomical level, in fact I reckon that only a couple of copies have come into the market in recent years !!!!"
