TOP RANKING LP 33 RPM JA, MatrixNo: DSR 3431 A/B, 1978   JACOB "KILLER" MILLER  WANTED   (Dread sounds from Jacob Miller and his bredren named the Fat Man Riddim Section...Roger & Ian Lewis...9 tunes of the highest order when it comes to roots reggae...strictly culture, strictly vibes...includes SILVER & GOLD, STANDING FIRM, HEALING OF THE NATION, ITAL LIGHT, PEACE TREATY SPECIAL & BIONIC SKANK...definitely one the most impressive vocalists ever to come out off JA....comes one original JA Top Ranking imprint...hard to get...so miss it at your peril!)   ORIGINAL PRESS (NOT A RE-PRESS!)   FEATURE: SOUNDS FROM WAREIKA   WAX 'N' SOUND:  ex / ex, both sides look just great w/ shine & t'ing, has only lightest surface marks, plays great w/ full + clear sound + top punch on both sides. LABEL: both sides great, NO writings, NO damages, very light discoloration on A-side otherwise perfectly perfect - watch the scan, please!  SLEEVE: cardboard sleeve very nice all 'round, some light ringwear + some light signs of use, still vg+ condition. Something 'bout Sound + Vision: We shouldn't rely on visual appearance alone (as pretty looks isn’t all as they say) - therefore these records are graded after their visual appearance and their sound quality! I personally prefer a record with crackling but strong sound + punch to one playing clean but with surface noise from the pressing (as we find with re-pressed discs - too - often). Grading records is a very subjective thing but I try hard to be objective as a human being can be (yes indeed, this seller is a human being).   THIS IS MY VINYL GRADING SCALE:   EX (= really great - EX means "excellent", really...) VG (= nice, if you don't have an excellent one - by the way: VG means "very good"...) G (= playable, but you might find a better one - G means "good", but this term may be a bit euphemistic to reggae-vinyl-novices. Be realistic: a record graded G doesn't jump nor stick, but that's the best I can say about it...)
