GARY NUMAN Cars 7" RARE Peruvian Picture Sleeve Peru RAREST?
I have never seen this on Ebay before but maybe others have. The Peruvian copy of Cars is quite rare but the picture cover is almost impossible to find - until now. Grab this as who knows when another one will appear if ever.

A Side: Carros (Cars) B Side: Refugio (Asylum)
Play tested. The disc has scratches and crackles when playing more so on the b side than the a side but Refugio (Asylum) is an instrumental as you all know. It does not jump at all. However the disc is the same as the standard one that comes in a company sleeve and could be swapped.
What you are really buying here is the super RARE PICTURE SLEEVE. Google Peru Cars Gary Numan and you will not find it. There are no rips or tears on the sleeve. There is minimal disc wear. Please see pictures for this. You will notice that the front cover is quite pixelated that is how it was manufactured back in 1980 in extremely low numbers. Most came in company sleeves. I would say the cover is in excellent condition and is only showing a bit of age due to being 42 years old! Please zoom in on the pictures for full understanding of condition.
