HORACE SILVER, Horace-Scope;  Blue Note ST-84042 (trail off dead wax BNST84042A/BST84042B, RVG with ear both sides), 1960 original, 47 West 63rd, NYC, deep groove issue.  Stereo.  Silver on piano with Blue Mitchell, trumpet; Junior Cook, tenor sax; Gene Taylor, bass and Roy Brooks, drums.  Great record!  Vinyl is VG+, clean and shiny, with some light marks both sides.  Plays beautifully with that great dynamic Van Gelder sound with light surface noise Side 1 cut 3 for a brief time.  Deep Groove labels are clean, no marks, near perfect.  Jacket is VG+/EX, solid, intact, front with just a hint of ring wear, back is clean with very light discoloration, some wear spine opposite opening at top.  Here's a rare find in very nice condition!         Spirit of Sound Records, a one of a kind, independent Vinyl LP shop, located in Camden, Maine, is the area's newest and only record shop, featuring new and vintage vinyl from all genres, meticulously cleaned and graded (I scrutinize each LP under a halogen lamp) for customer satisfaction. Our grading system is essentially the same as in Goldmine with one exception.  We use EX (in lieu of VG++) for vinyl that is between VG+ and just this side of Mint-.  
Spirit of Sound ships, in good faith, via USPS.  We combine shipping for multiple purchases.  To insure customer satisfaction, we will include delivery confirmation (with tracking number) on all domestic orders, thus the modest shipping/handling increase.  We encourage our international buyers to include insurance and delivery confirmation when choosing a shipping option.   Barring this choice, we will ship in good faith at buyers risk.
