HANK MOBLEY QUARTET-BLUE NOTE 5066 10-INCH FIRST PRESSING-EAR AND RVG HAND-ETCHED IN DEAD WAX
This very rare 10-incher is in VG++ condition. It has been play-graded and sounds superb! Cover is also in VG++ condition with nice spine and very minimal wear on bottom seam. RVG is hand-etched in the dead wax as well as that "ear" that Blue Note collectors like. It also has the 767 Lexington Ave NYC address printed in blue on the label. This is the original pressing from 1955. With Hank are Horace Silver-piano, Doug Watkins-bass and the great Art Blakey on drums. It's a hard-to-find beauty that I don't really want to sell, but...
