We are an open store with ten years experience selling collectible records in Southern California. We go to an extensive length to describe items in the most accurate manner possible. Please review all details of item description and condition carefully before you bid. You are guaranteed to receive item as described within the auction description otherwise all sales are final. If there ever any problem with your order, or we have overlooked something, please contact us is before you issue feedback. Many problems or misunderstandings can be resolved quickly and easily to both parties satisfaction with an email. Justifiable returns are fully refundable minus shipping cost. Bid Retractions: Please consider: If you retract a bid you may be subject to being blocked from future bidding on our items.
Factory Sealed Records: Please Note: Factory Sealed original issue records are not eligible for returns if opened. If there is any question in the buyers mind about it's legitimacy upon receiving, the item may be returned if unopened.
Communication / Payment: If you are the winning bidder, we must have contact with you within five (5) days of close of auction. We must receive payment within ten (10) days of auction closing (unless you communicate other arrangements with us). If we do not receive payment or communication within ten days, the transaction is considered VOIDED, a non-paying bidder report will be filed with ebay, and the non-paying bidder will be blocked from future auctions. Please be a responsible bidder.
Payment Methods / Shipping: Please be aware of our payment methods and shipping. We offer a practical array of options that are convenient for both you and us. Please refrain from requesting other options or methods.
PAYMENT METHODS: We prefer payment though PAYPAL. We also accept VISA & MASTERCARD directly, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks (drawn from US banks) as well. ALL forms of payment must be denominated in US$.

Within the continental United States:
MEDIA MAIL: $4 - approx. 7 to14 working days (after mailing)
PRIORITY: $7.50 - approx. 2 to 4 working days (after mailing)
CA Residents: 7.75% state sales tax will be added to any winning bidder that lives in California.
Shipping charge is for one (1) LP. Please add an additional $1 to each LP afterwards. We usually ship items out daily upon receiving payment. If you would prefer PRIORITY shipping, please contact us before paying for your item. Insurance is available for both the MEDIA MAIL and PRIORITY mail options. Please contact us to inquire cost. Insurance is MANDATORY for items over $50 and the insurance charge will vary depending on the final bid of the item(s).

Surface delivery is not available for international customers. Insurance for International shipping is not mandatory for items under $100 because it requires the Air Parcel Post rate, which can be expensive. HOWEVER , it is HIGHLY recommended that you DO insure all purchases over $50. WE ARE NOT OR WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED ITEM. On Sep-15-06 at 16:16:21 PDT, seller added the following information: In looking at the vinyl condition once again, the playing side is EX+ (really very close to Near Mint). On closer inspection, the cover appears to have some very minor touch-up repairs. It is very inconspicuous, we didn't even notice it on our first close inspection. The two inserts that had originally accompanied this are not present.
