Description

The record that you are looking at is a VERY RARE!!!, original, still-sealed Gloster Williams and Master Control "Praying Spirit" lp, featuring Paul Humphrey on drums and "the Message", possibly the funkiest gospel song ever!  This lp was released in 1979 on LA Records, a private label.

The album features Gloster Williams on keyboards, L. Marlo Henderson on guitar, Robert Popwell on bass, Paul Humphrey on drums, Arthur Newton on percussions, and Master Control ( Sharon Ross, Bobbi Bolen, Maxine Chambry and Janice Hall) on vocals.  Tracklisting is as follows...

                       Side One- Praying Spirit, Hold On, Love Lifted Me, Following You, Lend a Helping Hand

                       Side Two- No Cross, No Crown,  the Message, Yes Lord 

Though the record is an original, still-sealed lp, the bottom part of the lp is still sealed tightly and from the middle lp to the top is unwrapped.  There also appears to be a little water damage on the top left of the front cover.  The record is obviously unplayed, being that it is sealed.   

It would a miracle if you would see this record again in the shape, that this one's in, for a long time, if ever...
