Description
The Turning Point by Rudy Ray Moore on Generation 2500. Though Moore is more famous for his comedy, he goes straight here and sticks to the music. Most of the LP is okay soul stuff, but two tracks are funk stunners: Put Your Weight On It and The Turning Point. Each of them checks in at about 6 minutes, and the band (uncredited in the liner notes) works it hard. Powerful drums, wild guitar, serious funk chops front to back. This is a rare LP, typically selling in the $175 to $300 range, and this copy is in beautiful VG+ shape, on the edge of M-.

GRADING
M- A flawless or nearly flawless record that appears to have seen little or no play.
VG+ Full gloss, a few light marks. A very, very attractive record that has seen limited play and has been well cared for.
VG More marks and scratches, but still a nice record. Scratches may be fairly numerous, but will be light.
VG- Lots of marks and scratches but no gouges or major problems. Not a beautiful record, but still serviceable, not junk.
G+ and G Heavy wear and marks, plays through okay.
