Very rare and hard to find prog rock / folk Lp from 1971 on the Pegasus label. In fact there isn't one on Ebay at the moment and hasn't been one on for some time unlike a lot of supposedly "rare" records. And unlike a lot of rare records that are that way because they aren't very good, this one is a great listen that is more prog rock than folk although the violins and cello give a slightly folky feel.
I have graded the vinyl conservatively at VG. There are a few hairlines visible under a strong light and a long scuff on side 1 that is non sounding apart from 2 clicks. There are a few other random clicks and soft pops on side 1 and some light surface noise. Side 2 has 3 light clicks on track 1 and a half dozen on track 2. There is some light surface noise that rises to a moderate level on the quieter track 3. The labels are excellent with nothing to fault. The sleeve is graded VG as it has some surface tears to the rear where some tape has been removed. There is some tape residue on the rear and inner opening edge. There is also a little ringwear, rubbing to edges and bumped corners. Despite these faults it is still a strong and presentable sleeve. Plain white inner.
Despite the faults I have detailed this is still a very pleasing listen and you will be hard pressed to find another copy let alone a much better one.
