Description
This is an original vintage hard to find 45 RPM record by that cat Elvis Presley titled: "Mystery Train", backed with "I Forgot To Remember To Forget". This was released in 1955 on Sun Records #223. Condition of the record is very good plus, with some light user wear. Doesn't appear to have been played very much. There is a lot of shine on this record. There are no cracks or chips anywhere. The center spindle hole is nice with no tears or wear. The label on the Mystery Train side is beautiful, with very little wear, and a 29 index sticker that could be taken off with a little water. The I Forgot side is also very nice, with Scotty Moore's signature along the bottom of the label. Scotty Moore was in town several years ago playing with a very well known local Elvis impersonator named Mike Albert, and at this time the 45 was autographed. This version of this pressing does not have push marks on the label. Also, the deadwax information is: 45-J-157X then a space, and then the #20. This is guarenteed to be an original autograph, and a1955 pressing of this record, and one of the nicest condition Mystery Train 45's we have seen. This 45 was sold by us to a customer several years ago, and he recently sold it back to us. This rare & early Elvis 45 would look wonderful framed!
