"Footsteps" LP Box
RecRec26 1989
Limited to 1000 copies, box contains LP featuring recordings of footsteps in a NY clock tower mixed with the tap dancing of Japanese performer Keiko Uenishi. The LP was used as an actual floor tile in an art installation in Zurich between June 4th & July 16th, 1989, then removed from the floor and boxed with a postcard and large poster of the event.
Please note: The condition of the LP is exactly as the artist intended when it was sold. It was walked on by over 1500 visitors to a gallery and has pieces of tape on the side that was affixed to the floor. It is an artifact that is playable at the buyers risk only.
The box, poster, insert and postcard are all in VG condition.
