Vinyl , Near Mint, absolutely superb. 
Sleeve , Some wear to top and bottom left corners. See pics.
You will struggle to find a better copy.
Zimbabwean sleeves are extremely crude having been made from recycled board. As such they are very prone to wear and were often badly cut.
