Bruce Springsteen Acetate Born To Run Only Known Copy

A True Rock and Roll artifact if ever there was. This is the original acetate of Bruce's Born to Run from 1975 I purchased this from a personal friend of Jimmy Iovine Sr who was the engineer's father who passed away in 85. This person worked with him as a longshoreman and told me that Jimmy Sr. gave him the acetate and said that his son was gonna be famous and that he just produced this record.

I have only played it once to check if there were any defects as it is an acetate. Plays excellent with no pops or clicks or excessive noise. Very well cared for.

The obvious differences are from looking at the label is, A Side the 3rd Track is The Night on the acetate and ended up as Night on the official release. B Side starts out with Born to Run into The Heist, when played is Meeting across the River (The Heist was the original title). Which makes sense if you listen to the lyrics. (I'm sure this was Bruce's original title) Different running order. Followed by She's the one and Jungleland

Seminal one of a kind true Rock artifact.

Record is VG++

I have not compared the timing of the tracks or the original lyrics to see if there is any difference. My personal observation is it does not seem as bright or in your face as the commercial mix but a bit more subdued. This is only my personal opinion.
