Description

Very rare 1st vinyl pressing of "Letting Off the Happiness" from Bright Eyes... his/their first real LP and one of Conor's finest moments. I'm the original owner and have played it less than a dozen times (dubbed onto CDR) with a very good stylus & carefull hands. Some wear from listening, but no scratches or skips that affect tis playability or value. Stored vertically in plastic jacket w/ good climate. Cover art is in EX condition, as is vinyl. Linernote page is perfect. "If Winter Ends" got me through one hard Iowa Winter. Make that one merciless, bleak, hopeless Iowa Winter. What a great record.. Cover art is hand-painted/screened, copy is #49 of 300 from 1st pressing, and the zip-code is pasted on (non-u press lable logo too!). No warping & sounds great. Sorry for the fuzzy phone pics. I'll revise the photos when my girlfriend returns tomorrow w/ the camera.
