THE BEATLES - 'RUBBER SOUL'
1965 UK 1st *STEREO* PRESSING* LP
This early 1965 UK 1st stereo pressing is on the yellow & black Parlophone label: PCS 3075
Both labels include the 'Sold in UK..' text & have 'The GRAMAPHONE CO LTD' worded rims.
A 'KT' purchase tax code is visible around the side 2 centre hole.
Housed in a front laminated, thick card, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse ' printed stereo cover.
Complete with its original 'Use Emitex..' rice-paper inner-sleeve.
Matrix numbers: YEX 178-2 & YEX 179-2
Stamper codes: 1/M & 1/GR
The '1/M' mother/stamper code on side 1 confirms this copy as being one of the first few hundred copies ever pressed.

. Both sides of this amazing copy lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing, with no traces of dishing or warping.

The sound is truely stunning throughout. There is a little surface noise in parts, but plays without any pops, clicks or jumps
