Description
This stunning example of a rare Beatles LP has been the property of a Stones friend of mine since it was new. For this reason it has spent most of its life packed away in the attic being denied the wear and tear that comes with any devoted fan. Very rare 1970 first press UK “LET IT BE” PSX1. The box is complete with the outer box (With “Patents Pending” printed on the back), inner tray, Get Back book, book tray, sleeve with the much sought after red apple on the back and of course the LP its self. The spindle areas have only the faintest traces of ever being played. The record visually speaking still has a deep glossy sheen, only a few paper scuffs and a couple of light marks that are hardly noticeable, the type from you get from taking in and out of the sleeve and only minimal use. The only part to let this item down is the book trey that has a crease and small tear in one corner (see photo). Otherwise the card and finish it is very good condition for its age (I kept getting glare from the flash in my photos) with only a few white lines showing through the veneer were the card folds. The book looks like it has never been read with no sign that the covers have ever even been folded back and the LP is clean and in good condition. This is a very rare item that would make a deeply enviable addition to any Beatles collection and this is a great opportunity to own such a good example of such a highly desirable record.
