Beatles Butcher Cover Yesterday And Today releases in the US on 06/20/1966 Rare Great Cond.
This has been in this metal frame with plexiglass for many many years. The older woman I bought this from (huge Beatles collector) believed this to be an original promo sent to the reviewers and radio stations (never pasted over). It also comes with the recall letter they sent out shortly after sending the album out. She was firm at $800 and wouldn’t budge, which is how much I paid. I have always wanted one and would have paid double.
Upon closer examination this seems to be a really extremely well done Peel Off or Third State. Still a great deal for $800. The letter seems to be a reproduction. Anyway I really don’t have room for this in my Brooklyn apartment and it doesn’t really go with any of my artwork. If it doesn’t sell for the minimum bid, I’ll just keep it.
