Labels: NEAR MINT
An immaculate set showing just a single faint spindle trail around each totally unworn centre hole. A cleaner pair you will not find.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Immaculate, deep-gloss playing surfaces which retain all of their factory shine and are totally unmarked and 'as new' in strong daylight. Closer inspection directly beneath my unforgiving halogen desk lamp reveals just a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines consistent with the once or twice this discs has been removed from its inner-sleeve removal but no other trace of wear whatsoever. Both sides of this pristine copy lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.
Sound Quality: MINT
This flawless sounding copy has been played just ONCE by its previous owner and consequently the sound quality is as good as you will ever hope to hear. All tracks play with all of the warmth & clarity expected of an early 1st pressing and without any groove/playwear, background interference or indeed any other audible fault or distraction of any kind. You will not need , or be able to upgrade this disc.
Cover: NEAR MINT
This exceptional example has been carefully stored untouched within a clean, non-smoking environment all its life these past 49 years.
The front panel is immaculate with a perfect unscratched and unrubbed high-gloss laminate, free from any 'thumbnail' wrinkles or even a single spine bend. Apart from a tiny bruise to the upper right corner, all are in perfect shape, as are both opening edges.
The exposed rear panel is totally clean, white & completely unblemished with unworn and fully intact flipbacks. The upper flipback has a strip running along it which is unlaminated but this is a manufacturing error and not one of wear or damage. The only factor which prevents me from giving this cover a perfect 'MINT' grade is that there are a few small areas of wear to the laminate along the upper edge. However, the seams are NOT stressed or split & and the spine is fully laminated, unbent and perfectly worded.
Inner-sleeve: NEAR MINT
Clean, crisp, & white with a few light storage wrinkles, but no writing, tears or seam splits.
