cover                  VERY GOOD(+) toc c/o                a cut-out mark on top left corner, some peeling on top edge near left corner, some corner and edge wear, still displays well

disc                     NEAR MINT or better               looks pristine, hard to see any signs of playing or handling, I found out the center hole was tight when I checked and played extracts, maybe never played before
