VERY RARE!
A distinguished set of records, to be sure, of one of the last century’s finest violin players, delivering an extraordinary account of the Bach Unaccompanied.
The three Sonatas and three Partitas are here, in this accomplished set, the first issue ever.
Box remains sturdy and very smart, but is now a lift-top with the side binding where the titling is, having peeled somewhat. Note, too, a split corner.
Inside, are the three original Rca heavy platters, with only one mark of any consequence on the six sides. Should play near mint (which is to say, with such an archival set…very well indeed).
Exalted performances…that, for some, are the very best there has ever been.

Shipping and handling is $5 for up to 5 LPs shipped within the States. Internationally, $15 via airmail for the first LP, $3 each thereafter. (Canada is half that.) Boxes over 4 lbs., add another $6, because First Class is no longer available at that weight, just Priority Mail. Note, too, boxed sets of LPs require more postage.
