Description :
Wow!!! A super rare monster of a record. You can count on one hand the number of copies of this beauty that turn up on for sale. Easily one of the hardest to find of all Vertigo albums.
Ben's sole album recorded in 1971 on the Vertigo "spiral" or "swirl" label contained lengthy multi-part suites, excellent musicianship and an overall very appealing early seventies jazzy progressive rock sound with lots of flute, sax, keyboards and guitar.
Condition ~ Vinyl :
Side one is in NEAR MINT condition with a miniscule non-audible hairline on the opening track. Otherwise it's pristine.
Side two is in EXCELLENT condition bordering on NEAR MINT with just two faint non-audible hairlines across part of the opening track. Again, the rest of the side is pristine.
The whole album plays through absolutely superbly with a crisp sound and no background noise. A gorgeous copy!!!
Condition ~ Sleeve :
The gatefold sleeve is in VG++ condition with light overall wear but no writing or tears. The only flaw is the spine which is a bit frayed.
Comes complete with the original "spiral" inner sleeve which is in EXCELLENT condition.
