For your consideration is an unusual, rare release and hard to find Beatles collectible ... this album  was the very first of it's kind featuring original studio recordings of classic Beatles songs ... released  in the US in the Spring of 1964, nothing on the sleeve of this record mentions the Beatles, the images  on the gold-colored front cover of four faceless mop-top haircuts along with a list of Beatles songs on  the back cover made the album look like it was made by Beatles imitators but it consists of actual  Beatles recordings ... The most interesting part of the album was the inclusion of the original  recorded mix of “Love Me Do" with Ringo on drums, at the time this version was found only on U.K.  and Canadian singles.

Condition is super-nice ... the vinyl is flat, shiny and glossy with no warping and just a few scuffs on  either side with no skips, scratches or damage ... it's been play-tested all the way though on both  sides using my Technics SL-D2 turntable with an Audio-Technica cartridge ... as to be expected,  fidelity is not the best on this rare, independent release ... the jacket is solid, glossy, bright, clean and  flat with no seam splits, writing, stickers, stains or damage ... just the very slightest amount of light  ring-wear on the front which is hard to see in my photographs ... the bright yellow paper record label  has some light spindle wear, noticeable only after close inspection ... a very clean, collectible copy,  carefully and securely packaged with the vinyl outside the cardboard jacket sandwiched within thick  cardboard inside a custom cardboard LP mailer to insure safe shipping.
