5 X 45 RPM Test Pressing LPs   This is a Factory Sealed Classic Records 180g RTI Test Pressing 45 RPM one-sided FIVE disc set.  The 33 RPM version of this title is on the TAS Superdisc List.

Early 180 gram pressings such as these tend to be quieter and flatter than the current 200 gram pressings. As these rare test pressings are sealed or unplayed there is no way to guarantee that they are perfectly flat or perfectly quiet. They are offered "as is'.  The records come in a generic white sleeve. Inside the jackets you will find 180 gram test pressings from RTI with labels very much like the one below.

The records came from a collection of test pressings previously owned by a well known tonearm maker. There are close to five hundred STILL SEALED LPs in the collection, some at 33 RPM, some at 45 RPM, some single sided, some double sided. Practically every title Classic Records had released up until about 1997 is in this collection, including recordings from RCA, Mercury, Epic, Rock The House, Verve, Colgems and many more.
NOTE ON PACKING AND SHIPPING You will never receive a record from us packed in a flimsy cardboard mailer. We use HEAVY DUTY oversized cardboard boxes with cardboard protectors sandwiching the record and plenty of bubble wrap all around. After more than twenty years in the record business one thing we know is how to pack records properly, so rest assured the package will arrive at your door safe and sound.

These are factory sealed LPs, long out of print. These LPs cannot be guaranteed against defects of any kind once opened. These items are only sold "as is".

My name is Tom Port. I also sell on Ebay under the name Humorem (2411 feedback rating, a member since 1998). I have been selling audiophile LPs and CDs for twenty years. Please visit our Ebay store for all your audiophile needs. We also have a website under the name better dash records where we sell the best sounding analog recordings in the world.  If you are looking for the ultimate in audiophile sound, please take a moment to check out our site.
