Super rare PROMOTIONAL ALMOST FAMOUS lot consisting of three (3) items promoting the 2000 film, which starred KATE HUDSON and BILLY CRUDUP, and distributed only to in-crowd members of the movie and recording industry: 1) the PROMO-ONLY ADVANCE DOUBLE ALBUM VINYL soundtrack to the film; 2) a copy of the film's 112-page SCRIPT, and; 3) a FIRST EDITION of the paperback BOOK entitled By Cameron Crowe 1972-1979, which was released in conjunction with the film (with photographs by NEAL PRESTON) and which CAMERON CROWE has SIGNED ON THE FRONT COVER in black marker pen! All three items come nicely wrapped in original orange ribbon! SCRIPT is in mint condition (cover is VG+). Both LPs have never been played. LP cover in VG+ condition, with various small crease marks along edges, some corner wear, and creased top-right corner (top-left back cover). BOOK is a graphically elaborate photo-illustrated collection of Cameron Crowes rock-n-roll pieces for Rolling Stone (and the San Diego Door) from 1972-1979, produced by Dreamworks to promote the film, which was based upon Crowe's prodigal career as a rock journalist. The book is white on white embossed wraps with a die cute peekaboo front cover revealing portrait of Crowe on the title page. This is an excellent book with classic interviews and photos, with Led Zeppelin, The Allman Brothers, Fleetwood Mac,Van Morrison,Peter Frampton, Jethro Tull, Neil Young, Joni Mitchell and much more!!! The book is a rare linited run and is in gorgeous mint condition.

(NM) NEAR MINT: Almost perfect, possibly no more than a few MINOR scuffs, wrinkles or wear.

(EXCELLENT/VG++) Less quality than Near Mint, but still in beautiful condition.

(VG+) Very Good+. Some scratches or scuffs, some surface markings, some wear, etc. Nice overall.

(VG) Very Good. Too many scratches, scuffs, or wear for VG+, but still in okay condition.

(VG-) Very Good-. Lots of wear (scratches, etc.). Starter copy.

(G) Good. Wrecked. Excessive wear.

(P) Poor. Just what it says.
