3 "MELODY LANE" RADIO SHOW TRANSCRIPTION DISC FROM TRANSCO TRANSCRIPITON COMPANY. 18 COMPLETE APPROXIMATELY 5 MINUTE RADIO PROGRAM ON THESE 16 INCH, THICK VINYL, 33 1/3 RPM DISCS. TWO OF THE DISCS ARE BLUE VINYL AND ONE OF THE DISCS HAS A "ALL CANADA RADIO FACILITIES" LABEL OVER THE ORIGINAL TRANSCO LABELS. THESE DISCS WERE ISSUED TO ARMED FORCES RADIO STATIONS FOR BROADCAST TO U. S. TROOPS AND NOT AVAILABLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. VERY RARE!

These excellent programs each contain 3 songs by an unidentified orchestra and an unidentified singer, known only as "The Troubadour". The music and singing is excellent, this may contain popular musicians of the period without being identified. I estimated a date of 1935 based on the song selections

Discs are in Very Good to Excellent condition. The side with programs 34, 35 & 36 has some scratches that cause some clicks but no skips. Overall the sound is EX-, these discs sound much better than they look!

Due to their size, 16 inch discs will not play on most standard turntables. For $10 I can include a CD transfer of the entire disc for the buyer
