Description
"CALLING ALL CARS ... A COPYRIGHTED PROGRAM CREATED BY THE RIO GRANDE OIL COMPANY..."
Here's an original RADIO PROGRAM TRANSCRIPTION DISC that contains a complete NETWORK episode of the classic 1930s police crime investigation series: "CALLING ALL CARS", sponsored by Rio Grande Cracked Gasoline. The original FREEMAN LANG label shows the typed date "6/11/36". It is a 30-minute program. The episode is labelled "THE SKEELE KIDNAPPING CASE", but it is actually referred to in the program itself as the "STEELE KIDNAPPING CASE."
The disc is clean and uncracked. The recording is in great condition. Complete openings and closings.
See scan of the label for both sides, plus photos of the disc. There are no skips and no scratches. The yellow label on the back side looks to be overlaid upon the original Freeman Lang orange label.
