Description

XFILESX - Excruciation 12". Record release version, different sleeve, really limited. I got this at the rec release show they played in Providence, Rhode Island. Why doesn't Firefox's spell check thing recognize "Rhode"? That's weird.

This band RULED a lot. Brendan now sings in RIVAL MOB, and they are pretty much your favorite band (with good reason). He's always been involved in something awesome, Lovely Lads and what-have-you. He also plays in a band from Western Mass that is some kinda cool youth crew revival band. The first time I saw XFX, kids were wearing Jason Voorhees hockey masks and moshing with fake machetes and it was wild. I was PUMPED. I wish my friends were that much fun. At that point I think I wanted to trade in. JK. My friends were cool and moshed with REAL machetes.

One time I saw XFX play a punk squat in Rhode Island (there's that damn non-spell checked word again) and Brendan threw up while singing... 5 seconds later Joe Hawk came moshing along and slipped in the puke... Down for the count. I think he hurt his wrist or something. No, not THAT time. The other time. Also, during that gig, one of the punx who lived there gave my friend TJ a dirty look cuz he dressed like a wigger and not a punk, so TJ maced their toilet seat. Then after that gig we ended up at THRASHFORD (RIP A-Team) and he ended up macing some college bro's who were trying to start fights with the Hardcore kids who were hanging out on the street. Funny things happened after that but I wont talk about it here.

This record is in exxxcellent condition.
