- 1986 private release on RADIOWAVE RECORDS (KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI, USA).
- Shiny HIGH-GLOSS vinyl is visually a super strong EXCELLENT (to at least NEAR MINT on one side); labels are NEAR MINT to MINT!
