Visually the HEAVYWEIGHT 10" MICROGOOVE vinyl retains excellent deep lustrous shiny sheen and under bright light there are some visible marks but mainly fine hairlines and just a few other more significant marks or blemishes. Playback is graded a strong EXCELLENT MINUS - overall plays really well - clear and bright and vibrant with full tonal qualities and really just some minor surface noise audible in the quietest parts - mainly on the quieter, slower Side 2 - ' Walkin' '.
The BEIGE and RED ESQUIRE record labels are graded EXCELLENT MINUS  - with little visible spindle wear but some slight discolouration.
The thin card FULLY LAMINATED FLIPBACK PICTURE sleeve with '29/6d incl tax'  price text printed by WEST BROTHERS, MITCHAM, SURREY is VERY GOOD PLUS - actually overall in pretty good shape for 65 years of age with only some corner rubs and 2 small patches of edge wear to top and spine and a 1cm tear and surface tear to opening on front right centre. Also some discolouration to the back and one laminate scallop by the spine on the back but otherwise in darned good shape after all these years !
A very rare early MILES DAVIS pressing on 10" vinyl and featuring the likes of  HORACE SLIVER, LUCKY THOMPSON, JJ JOHNSON etc and produced by the renowned RUDY VAN GELDER - all in all a great copy.

SHIPPING

All Lps are packed carefully and shipped using purpose made new corrugated card RECORD MAILERS ( not thin card, single sleeve 'envelopes' etc ) and we take care to make sure that the vinyl and inner sleeve are removed from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits during transit.
