Explosion is our favourite Suriname band for a reason; they made so many great songs, and dared to go beyond the sureshot slow soul ballads that the audience wanted, as can be heard on other singles. Not to say that they didn't also master the slow soul genre very well. Both sides have a garage DIY feel to them, and they were recorded in one take on a very basic setup. Sadly this and other Explosion singles are nearly impossible to find now! We're not going to talk about the lyrical content, but you can explore for yourself.
