Man I found this thing and my heart raced. I picked it up knowing it had a few flaws, got home, played it, and it does in fact play fairly well. However, because of the extent of my collection, I'm deciding to let it go ... it is just slightly under what I would keep for my collection, as far as collecting goes. So it does have some battle scars, but still a playable copy. It's good for the collectors out there, but not strict audiophiles. I start every one of my records at $4.99, and let the market dictate from there ... so cheers!

VINYL: VG- (5.0 of 10) Deep groove, original WHITE LABEL! Man, I never see these any more, especially a Zoot! In the middle as far as condition. There is scuffing, dings, etc ... nothing deep. Nothing overly awful, but there are ticks present generally throughout, at varying levels of course. It plays through fine and all, and the pressing itself seems resilient enough, but there are some flaws. If I had to speculate, this copy looks like somebody loved it, but wasn't very careful with their things (you can tell from the marks on the label they must have used it a lot at parties or something).
COVER: VG (6.0 of 10) Not bad, I must say. Weakish seams on top on bottom. Only splitting is about 1" on top opening. The gloss is still pretty in tact, but peeling ever so slightly in a few areas ... nothing awful. Writing on back, and some bumps on the corners. But that beautiful gloss and art is still there, and there's only minimal soiling on back. Overall a respectable cover, if not slightly better.  _________________________________________________________________ Now the standard messages:

GRADING: Yes I use standard grading. HOWEVER, I will NEVER use the word "mint" or "near mint" to describe a used LP ... sorry, won't do it. The highest I go is VG+. I use a number after to more represent a combination of how the vinyl looks and how it sounds. 10 is the best. I'll describe what I see in addition. I've found the combination of these two can minimize expectation gaps. But ask questions when in doubt.

CLEANING: Yes. All vinyl is cleaned ... on MY own machine I made. Vacuum machine. I wash and rinse with my own formula cleaners -- once with my enzyme cleaner, and rinsed with my own distilled water/alcohol formula. ... this process has worked for me for years.

TESTING: Yes. I've listened to the records I sell. I play on a Lenco L70, via Denon 103 MC cart; tube preamp, standard solid state amplification to KLH 17 speakers. An accurate-sounding system if I say so myself. 
SHIPPING: $4.99 for anywhere Media Mail, domestic. Overseas is BY WEIGHT, so check that weight before bidding, you overseas-ers! LPs shipped in a proper box with plastic sleeve, and yes, vinyl shipped outside the sleeve. 
RETURNS: Generally a no go, unless you have a damn compelling reason. I describe accurately, offer time for questions, and I deal in used records, not new stuff ... yes, it's always kind of a gamble buying via eBay, which is why I try to do my best to make an objective attempt to describe the LP in question. ASK QUESTIONS WHEN IN DOUBT. I promise, we can make this an easy transaction.
