Description
Up for sale is my copy of You Am I's debut 1991 12" Six Track EP - Snake Tide.
The record is in EX condition showing only a couple of feint scuff marks to each side and a spindle mark on one label. It should play through perfectly with no surface noise.
The cover however is damaged around the edges. It appears the previous owner had wedged it somewhere where it didn't quite fit and a layer of the cardboard cover had torn off.
I bought this second hand a while back and didn't like the way it looked so I coloured the damaged parts in with black texta to make it look MUCH more presentable. You can still see and feel the damage around the edges if you look closely but it definitely looks better than it did before. Please check out the photos to see exactly what I mean.
The cover also shows some light creasing, mostly only noticeable on the back with the most significant one being in the corner.
While there is the fault in the cover, the fact that it is signed by Tim Rogers almost makes up for it.
This EP was released in a very small quantity and is hard enough to find as it is, let alone a signed copy.
