Artist/Group: Yes Item: Tour programme Concert/Tour: Yes Japan Tour "An Evening With Yes" Date/Year: 1994 Programme produced for the band's tour of Japan in 1994 in support of the album"Talk". This was the only programme produced for the entire tour (they toured the US
but without a programme!) and so for this reason alone it's one of the most sought
after of Yes programmes.
This one is mint, I mean really mint. Mint with a capital M. Here is a description of
the programme:
There are no creases, none whatsoever. The spine is clean and tight. There are no
'finger' creases on the front cover, nor back. Nor are there any creases on the inside
the programme. Not one. There are no visible surface marks (dents, scratches) on
either the front cover or the back, though there are a couple of faint surface marks
on the back, but these are only visible if the programme is held up to the light and
they really are faint.
The edges of the programme are clean and sharp. There are two 'crinklely' looking
marks on the side edge of the back cover, though barely noticeable and a small dent
to the bottom edge of the front cover, but these are the only minor flaws on what is
a stunning copy. The bottom of the spine looks as though it may have been knocked
slightly (dropped from a low height), but again this is barely noticeable to the naked
eye. Overall the programme is clean and looks practically new.
It's mint, not perfect of course, but probably as near to perfect as you're ever likely
to find and the only way you'd get a better copy, is to find one, which had been printed
and then carefully boxed away by someone working at the printers. This one wasn't
sold at a venue, it came from unsold warehouse stock, hence it's condition. It is of
course genuine and not a reprint, etc. Guaranteed.
