Rare 1978 UK Orange Vinyl 7" Single - This is Not a Later Re-Release!
Another rarity from the box in my loft! This time its the third single by the punk band led by Poly Styrene, who had a voice nicely described by some wag as "powerful enough to drill holes through sheet metal".... I like that. This is now a fairly rare item and even rarer in this condition. The sleeve is absolutely unmarked - just like the day it was manufactured. The record - like all that I am selling at the moment - has been played, but not very much. In truth, I only bought this one because of the orange vinyl, I wasn't the greatest fan of the band! So I would describe the disk as near-mint. I haven't had a record deck for years so I can't test it, but I can see no reason why it should not play perfectly. The record is as flat as a piece of vinyl recording was ever intended to be......
So what else? Its at a very conservative starting price and like all my other records I am putting up for auction, if it doesn't sell, it goes back to the loft, maybe for another 28 years.......
The winner of the auction will receive the record securely packaged by special delivery (UK) or airsure (outside UK). UK bidders may pay by PayPal (preferred), cheque (7 working days to clear) or postal order. I'll even accept cash - sent entirely at your risk. Bidders outside the UK must pay by PayPal.
