Philadelphia’s mixed-gender hardcore rabble rousers Witch Hunt are the latest to carry on the tradition, creating a raw, lo-fi racket that recalls classic acts like Crass and the Exploited. Even more melodic tracks like “Everyday” hum with dark energy, and full-on wall-wreckers like “Septa Death” and “Treadmill-March” burn with intensity.
