William. S. Burroughs Ali's Smile Limited Press Authors Draft 12" One Sided Vinyl Record Matrix/ Cat No. UB LP 1A S/S
Extremely rare and original limited press, one sided vinyl recording from 1971 from an initial run of 99 copies, that accompanied the original Unicorn Book Ali's Smile. The content on the vinyl is a series of tape recorded excerpts from the book, spoken by Burroughs himself. This copy does not have a book and is offered as a stand alone item. The book was later released in 1978 as a book of short stories entitled Ali's Smile/ Naked Scientology. This item is in excellent condition, both labels and vinyl, with the labels remaining free of writing or markings. The album itself has a white label on the playing side and a black label on the non playing side, which has a series of frequencies. It is in a plain white inner sleeve and plain white outer sleeve, both of which show signs of ageing. Matrix No on the vinyl run out is UB LP 1A S/S
