Some of the "Conquest" vinyl singles released in the US on Dec., 2007 were mislabeled by error. The red and white sticker/seal on the sleeves actually reads "You Don't Know What Love Is (You Just Do As You're Told)" the seal of which belongs to their previous single of that name.
This 3 record set being offered is the hard to find mislabeled one. Two of the records show the wrong sticker and the third has the wrong sticker covered by the correct one (see double sticker close-up photos). All these records are factory sealed, showing their authenticity.
"Conquest" was released as the third single from The White Stripes "Icky Thump" album. It was released as a series of three 7" color singles, each containing the track "Conquest". The tracks "It's My Fault for Being Famous," "Honey, We Can't Afford to Look This Cheap" and "Cash Grab Complications on the Matter" appear on the black, white and red version of the records, respectively. The various B-sides were co-produced by Beck, who also contributed vocals and piano to "Being Famous" and slide guitar to "Honey.
