This is the original UK double LP by the BEATLES, WHITE ALBUM, released in November 1968 on the dark green APPLE label PMC 7067/8, Top Opener, Numbered 0152644, with the embossed 'The Bealtes' on the front of the cover, complete with the original 4 prints of each Beatle and the large poster and Black inner sleeves.  The dark green APPLE labels have "Sold in the UK" and (P) label credits.

 Matrix numbers are, side 1:- XEX 709-1, side 2:- XEX 710-1, side 3:- XEX 711-1, side 4:- XEX 712-1.

Also the very low Tax codes are as Follows:

 EMI stamper codes are, side 1:-  1/RG, side 2:- 2/GMG, side 3:- JAA, side 4:- 7/PG.

The original UK Garrod and Lofthouse fully laminated Top Opener gatefold cover is in Very good condition for it's age, with only Slight noticable Yellowing and one 2cm horizontal "Hairline" Crack, but no unwanted writing. The embossed 'The Beatles' word on the front is Very good condition and the number 0152644. This early wide spine is  broad and perfectry readable with only an overtone of the expected aging to this Album. The cover has only very minor lamination creasing in a few places, quite light scuffing to the corners, but an overall Good/Very Good COVER.

Both vinyl's are in VG+++ condition, both having some light surface marks, I have played both vinyl's on an Original Dansette Major, all four sides, and the quality of the pressings are SUPERB, side 1 and 2 play, a strong EX+, with only a minor crackle here and there, mainly in-between tracks, the Mono comes through the speakers with crisp, clear clarity, stunning audio.

Sides 3 and 4 play EX, great clear crisp clarity. The Records play astonishingly well with light surface marks. There is a very slight crackle but do not stick and do not jump, playing through perfectly with very minor disruption and doesn't in any way spoil the great audio experience. The quiet tracks:- 'Blackbird', 'Julia', 'Dear Prudence', 'I'm so Tired', 'Long Long Long' and 'Goodnight', play quietly with a very slight crackle. In conclusion, both vinyl's play with such drive and purpose, whilst delivering a crisp clear clarity that you would expect from quality pressings.

All four label's are in EX+++ condition, lovely and clean and crisp, with no unwanted writing and no scuffs, the spindal hole's show little wear, great label's.

The vinyl's are housed in their original black inner sleeves and in very good condition, with expected wear but very minor tears at the central Label viewer. In addition,  there are no minor tears to the rest of the inner sleeve and deemed to be in Very Good condition!.

The original four prints of each Beatle are in a STUNNING MINT- condition, lovely and clean and crisp, with no unwanted writing, no rips or tears, STUNNING condition!.

The original Garrod and Lofhouse poster is in EX+ condition, lovely and clean with no seam splits, no rips, or tears, Grand condition.

Altogether a GREAT copy of this original 1968  UK MONO double LP by the BEATLES, THE WHITE ALBUM, complete.

    Information.       --

To assist anyone that buys rare discs.... record collector magazine has originated a set of standards for the condition of second hand records cassettes and cds.... anyone buying or selling through the book must use conditions to state what amount of wear and tear the disc....its sleeve and/or contents have subject too.... the 7 standard condition catagories of what each one means are listed below....

mint : The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.... the cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet.... booklet.... or poster.... are in perfect condition.... records advertised as mint should be sealed or unplayed....

excellent : The record shows some sign of wear.... but there is very little lessening of sound quality.... the cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.and minor tears...

very good : The record has obviously been played many times.... but shows no major deterioration in sound quality.... despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional scratch.... normal wear and tear and yellowing.... on the cover or extra items.... without excessive major defects.... is acceptable....

good : The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated.... perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.... the cover and contents suffer from folding.... scuffing of edges.... spine splits.... discolouration.... etc....

fair : The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and shows considerable surface noise.... it may even jump.... the cover and contents suffer from folding.... scuffing of edges.... spine splits.... discolouration.... etc....

poor : The record will not play properly.... due to scratches.... bad surface noise.... etc.... the cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing....

bad : The record is unplayable or might even be broken.... and is only use as a collection filler
