What we've got here is the Ween 1996-2000 Box Set from Plain Recordings. It is numbered 252 out of 1000. Please note that it is NOT SEALED. The shrink wrap is still intact and I split it to remove the goodness inside. It includes three albums housed in replica sleeves (180-gram colored wax), three album flats, a sticker and a postcard. Everything is Near Mint.

I mail-ordered this box set from Aural Exploits and have played all three albums. 12 GCG was played twice, The Mollusk once and White Pepper once. I actually own 12GCG and White Pepper on vinyl, both original pressings, and only felt the need to digitize the new pressings. For those of you interested, the albums were played on a MusicHall MMF-5 with a Goldring 1012GX stylus. I estimate the stylus has approximately 90 to 100 hours on it.

Why am I getting rid of this box set? I am a vinyl addict and a few weeks after this arrived in the mail, I found a lower numbered box at my local record store (#096!). I really don't need two.

The only flaw I can find is a small split the size of my thumbnail on the top edge of The Mollusk's sleeve. It arrived this way in the mail. It is pictured below:

I have set a reserve price and I'll give you a hint: It is about $10 less than the original retail price. I will ship it in the same heavy-duty cardboard mailer that it came in, very similar to the one pictured below. I will also wrap the box set so that the albums/flats don't shift around in transit. This will go out via USPS and I'm (apparently) charging $4.00. That is with Media Mail.
