Description
This is the original deep groove RVG-stamped “P”-pressing of Walter Davis Jr. “Davis Cup” on the West 63rd labels of Blue Note BLP 4018. The playing surface is in excellent condition, with a high luster; several tiny marks on the first track of Side 1 create a few tics. The laminated West 63rd cover has worn seams that have been reinforced with clear tape, shelf wear and a store sticker on the back slick, and prominent creases at the top and lower left corners. Personnel include Jackie McLean, Donald Byrd, Sam Jones, and Art Taylor. $300.00..
