SLEEVE: very light wear in a couple of places on the edges and light ringwear at the top on the rear, otherwise Superb: EX
VINYL - SIDE ONE: a couple of ultrafine 'paper' hairlines, otherwise looks unplayed: EX
VINYL - SIDE TWO : Beautiful... looks unplayed: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
