Description
The White Stripes song “Candy Cane Children” is the most rare feature on this “X-Mas Surprise Package Volume 2” from Flying Bomb Records [FLB-110]. This is one of the 500 original black vinyl copies that were released in 1998. The 7-inch record itself is in mint condition other than a tragic (and barely-visible) hair line crack that runs less than an inch from the side of the record, thankfully stopping just before the start of The White Stripes track “Candy Cane Children”.
That’s right, the Rocket 455 A-Side track “Santa Ain’t Coming For Christmas” and The Blowtops B-Side “Sidewalk Santa” are unplayable on this 7-inch due to the unfortunate bisection, but The White Stripes fantastic track is still intact (not to say that this record has ever been played, because it has NOT!) The packaging is in absolutely mint condition, even the corners are sharp and pointy, and there is not even minor wear to the beautiful gatefold jacket.
Once again, this 7-inch has hairline crack that renders the Rocket 455 and Blowtops tracks unplayable, but the White Stripes track “Candy Cane Children” is intact!
Shipping and handling for the winning bidder will be by USPS and is only $3.00 Priority Mail to the United States and $6.00 AirMailWorldwide. Insurance is optional, and varies with the final winning bid. Of course I would be more than happy to combine shipping charges if you win multiple auctions.
