PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question. OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each and every week. Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Peter Frampton is one of the most celebrated guitarists in rock history. At 16, he was lead singer and guitarist for British teen band, the Herd. At 18, he co-founded one of the first super groups, seminal rock act Humble Pie. Frampton recorded five albums with Humble Pie, before leaving in 1971 to pursue a solo career.
Few were prepared for the success of 1976's live album Frampton Comes Alive!, which went on to become one of the biggest selling live albums of all-time. It topped the US album chart for ten weeks, and is thought to have sold around 16 million copies worldwide. It also contains Peter Frampton's most recognizable song, "Baby, I Love Your Way."
Listening to the whole record--not just the three pop-rock gems that immediately became FM radio staples ("Show Me the Way," "Baby, I Love Your Way," and the guitar-talkbox-enhanced jam "Do You Feel Like We Do")-- it's clear that its success is due to Frampton's road-tested mastery of the sweetly melodic hardrock material, which didn't rock this hard on the original studio recordings. Of course, FRAMPTON COMES ALIVE! also won over a legion of fans with its classic rock-god album cover. Any way you look at it, FRAMPTON COMES ALIVE! is a classic for a reason.

Two Record Set" sticker (originally only on the outside of the original cellophane) and PROMOTIONAL sticker are both on front cover, raising the value as a unique promo issue ... no bends, no writing and no split seams with bright original colors - one of the *best* copies you'd hope to find....
