DIY hard rock Shipping Info  |  S/H info:   Description there never was a Rat Band. story goes that teenage insecurity motivated virginia metal head Mike Matney to get three of his bro's to pose for the Member's Only back alley cover shot. the dude was killing it as a one-man-band but was just too embarrassed to release this as a solo LP. i was turned onto this album a few years back through metal master John Haupt and was floored. heavy metal and hardcore punk was it for my in my late teens and for the DIY basement sound, this was as hard and driving as anything i'd heard from the early 80's. always had it filed between Black Flag's "Damaged and Metallica's "Kill Em All". here's a clip of his "prophet song" but keep in mind, it won't have HALF the impact of hearing it from the vinyl. sickest underground hesher sh*t i ever heard in my life. wild private press list today. see my other auctions.
