Vogue Picture Record R712 Shep Fields
78 rpm record from 1946. Fantastic artwork!  Surface condition seems quite decent considering the age. No deep scratches but there is surface abrasion on both sides, but they do not affect the overall view of the disc as art. Unfortunately, I do not have a 78 rpm player to test out the sound. 
According to the Association of Vogue Picture Record Collectors site this is one of the rarer releases, which they value in the $100-150 range. (http://www.voguepicturerecords.org/worth.html). 
Includes the original Mercury Records dust jacket from the '40's!
