Hello, and welcome to our listing. This is an extremely rare, vintage 8.5" x 11" promo photograph of celebrated soul artists Talmadge Armstrong & The Ascots.  This is the group with several rare 45s from the South Texas area.  Photo dates from the early '70s, and was sent to press and entertainment outlets for the purpose of general promotion and obtaining booking engagements.  Photo has been carefully stored for 50 years and is in excellent condition with very slight browning and a mild lower right corner bend; back is blank.  This is an original vintage item from the '70s, not a recent copy.
