DESCRIPTION

Up for auction is a Vintage 45 Record Case in Red.  Latch and handle are in very good condition.  The lid has a tear at one of the seams, previous owner wrote their name on top of the lid, and is marked FINE TONE Brooklyn, N.Y..  This case has 44 records inside some have sleeves (as noted on inventory).  This case has a used set of Index / Filing tabs - the list of records does not match the actual records inside.  These are the records that were inside when purchased at an estate sale.  Listed below are the records with the Label, Sleeve Indication, Musician / Musical Group, and Songs.  I have not attempted to play / test the records just have the inventory.  If you win the auction and don't want the records, please contact me for a revised shipping invoice.

As with all of my auctions, this item is being sold as is.  If you have questions or need additional photos, please e-mail me as I am happy to provide so that you will be happy with your purchase.   I do not accept returns unless I've misrepresented the item in some way - please contact me if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can discuss. 

DISCLOSURES

POSTAGE

• Postage rates are calculated based on the weight of the item when packaged.  I do not charge a handling fee.  Please be kind when you are leaving feedback, I don't make the postal rates and shouldn't be penalized in the ratings that you leave.
• Delivery confirmation is included on all packages.  It provides online confirmation of delivery through the USPS website and can be used to see the status of a package while in route.  The price for this service is incorporated into the starting price of the auction. 
• I do offer discounts for multiple purchases when items can be mailed together and are paid for on a consolidated invoice.  I can't quote the savings until sales are final, but be assured that I will pass along to customers any savings that I realize.  If you are bidding on multiple items, please let me know so that I can hold for additional auction close dates and consolidate invoices.

PAYMENTS

• You will receive an automatic invoice through the E-Bay system.
• I accept payments through the Paypal system where you can pay with your Paypal Balance, Credit Card, Debit Card or Bank Transfer / E-Check.
• Payment is due within 3 days of the close of auction.

PACKAGING

• I use clean recycled boxes and packing materials because there is no cost to either of us.  If you object to this, please request an invoice with an adjustment for new materials.
• Items being sent via USPS Priority Mail will be in the USPS provided boxes as long as the item fits.

SHIPPING

• At a minimum I will mail/ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.  Your item will be sent the next mail/shipping day after payment is received and cleared.  (I say at a minimum because I will drop off items if I am doing errands and the post office is on my way.)
• If you need something mailed right away, please ask as I can usually accommodate.
• Look for an e-mail from me confirming purchase of the shipping label and a second confirming that the package was delivered to the post office. 

RETURNS

• All of my items are sold as is. 
• Please carefully read descriptions prior to bidding and ask any questions or ask for additional photos if needed. 
• If you feel that I have failed to disclose a flaw in an item, please contact me through E-bay e-mail so that we can discuss.
