This extremely rare Rolling Stones 12-album box setwas produced by Canadian Mutual Broadcasting System and was originallybroadcast in September/October 1982.


It contains 12 hours of documentary about theRolling Stones, including interviews and music from 1962 to 1982. The albumcontains interviews with Keith Richards, Mick Jagger, Billy Wyman, CharlieWatts, Mick Taylor and Bill Wyman as well as the band’s friends and colleagues,such as Alexis Korner, Dick Taylor, George Martin, Marianne Faithfull, PeteTownshend, Howlin’ Wolf, John Lennon and George Harrison.


It also features dozens of songs, from “Road Runner”and “Come On” in the early 1960s to “Start Me Up” and “Emotional Rescue”. Songsfrom all key periods in the band’s career feature, including some live tracksand oddities like Jagger’s “Message To Turner”. It is a stunning record of thefirst 20 years of the band’s career, covering most of their greatest momentsand related in their own words and of those who knew them best.


The 12 hour-long vinyl records are heavier than usual LPs asthey were intended for commercial use, ensuring a richer, more detailed sound.They appear to be in excellent condition with no visible scratches. The recordlabels are also in excellent condition. They look like they will play impeccably.


The box is in not so good condition – there isdiscolouration due to time, the corners are torn and there are some small markson the cover and rear. This box does not come with the original cue sheet butdoes have a full typed list of contents, including songs and interviews.


This is a rare chance to own a much-desired RollingStones collectible that will increase in value.
