Description

This one is extremely rare and a great thing to own if you collect or like AC/DC. On sale is the Dutch Atlantic Records test pressing of the AC/DC 1976 Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap album. Only a handful of these were made and fewer have survived. This comes from a collection of one of the children of an EMI producer who has kept it stored for over 40 years and has hardly played it. The sleeve has AC/DC  written on it and the Matrix number (ATL 50323), it has Proefpersing (Dutch for Test Pressing) stamped on it as well. The record has the white Proefpersing  label on the A side and a white label on the B side. The sheet with details on the album (cue sheet) is missing. The record sounds really good, and looks really good, as if it was just released. The sleeve itself is in good condition with some small holes, thanks to silver fish, as shown in the pictures. There are no tears, but it is over 40 years old! I have the idea that the plastic innersleeve is deteriorating because I found some small plastic residue on the record (easily removed of course!).
